Can I order over the phone?
The fastest way to place an order is to use our website — get started by choosing a treatment type, and then clicking an orange 'Start free consultation' button. If you'd prefer to order over the phone, our friendly team can take your call on 0208 123 0508. Lines are open Monday–Friday, from 9am–5pm.
Can I return a treatment?
For reasons of safety, we cannot allow medicines to be returned. If you have unwanted or expired medicine, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal. You can cancel an order up until the point it's being dispatched. Use our contact form or call 0208 123 0508. Lines are open Monday–Friday, from 9am–5pm.
Where can I find your privacy policy?
Medical data and your order history is completely confidential and will only be viewable by our pharmacy staff and prescribers. We will never disclose this data unless legally obliged to by law. MedExpress has a legal obligation to comply with UK Data Protection legislation. The MedExpress Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy explain how we use confidential patient data.
How can I get help in an emergency?
In a medical emergency always call 999. Direct Medicines cannot help in an emergency. For non-urgent medical emergencies you can also call your GP. You may also be able to visit your local pharmacy for advice.
How do I make a complaint?
Direct Medicines has a written complaints policy. To lodge a formal complaint, please fill out our contact form. We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days and respond to them within five working days.
